DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING | FULL-TIME / PERMANENT

Direct and oversee all Sales and Marketing strategies for the company, including our special events, accommodations, restaurant, and golf departments. Lead vision, strategy, promotion, and online presence efforts to drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and ensure overall market competitiveness. Ideal candidates will bring executive-level leadership experience, a proven sales record, deep marketing expertise, and preferably, event sales and planning experience.

ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER | FULL-TIME / PERMANENT

This role requires the successful applicant to work closely with all members of our operational teams to ensure the success of our group functions and daily food offerings. The key responsibility will be to work at the direction of the Restaurant & Beverage Manager in executing food & beverage service and breakdown of restaurant service efficiently. The Assistant Restaurant Manager's key job functions include customer service, managing staff, assisting with inventory management, and meeting food safety and quality standards.
