COOK | PART-TIME / PERMANENT
This role requires the successful applicant to work with the culinary team in the preparation of food for the restaurant and special events hosted at the St. Marys Golf & Country Club. The main responsibility will be to prepare a wide range of meals for public consumption in various settings, for groups in the Special Events kitchen and individual dishes in the Social Thirty-One restaurant.
KITCHEN PORTER | PART-TIME / PERMANENT
Works closely with all members of our Operations and Culinary teams to ensure the success of our restaurant and events, through timely and organized use of the dishwashing equipment. The Kitchen Porter’s key responsibility is to wash and polish tableware and glassware while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

DAY OF COORDINATOR | PART-TIME / SEASONAL
The Day of Coordinator will work directly with the Food & Beverage Operations team, and the Special Events Coordinator to provide event execution coverage, as required for our special events functions. The key responsibility will be to directly communicate and liaise with all special event clients, and with all members of our operational teams, to ensure the successful execution of client functions placing an emphasis on ensuring client satisfaction and delivering genuine lifetime experiences.
BANQUET BARTENDER | PART-TIME / PERMANENT
The Banquet Bartender will work as a part of the Special Events operations team to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience in supporting the beverage service during their event. The key responsibility of this role will be to ensure beverages are responsibly served to all guests.
EVENTS SETUP | PART-TIME / SEASONAL
The Event Setup role requires the successful applicant to work as a part of the Special Events operations team to efficiently and accurately setup and tear down events, according to the provided floor plan. The key responsibilities of this role is to setup eventware and decor: tables, chairs, linens, table settings, glassware, tidy and stock multiple guest areas, linens, vases, candles, specialty signage, furniture, decor installments, backdrops, draping and additional decor, and complete light cleaning and teardown duties as required.
