Bear creek in strathroy is without a doubt the most challenging course around tight fairways, make you think about your shot, missed shots usually equal trouble there. I find most courses any more are to open and easy to lose focus on making a good shot. The course is in great shape all summer because of the river running through it keeps the fairways soft and plush. The greens are well looked after to. It is a gem in southern Ontario, and a challenge to your golf game. Give it a try youll love it

My Favourite Course is Jasper Park Lodge in Jasper, Alberta. There is just nothing better then golfing on a beautiful course surrounded by breath taking scenery like Mountains, Lakes, and Wildlife such as Moose, Elk, and Caribou. The Course itself is challenging but rewarding, not to mention every hole could be on a postcard or calender

Hard to choose between Carodoc Sands in Strathroy or St Marys Golf and Country Club! Both are exceptionally beautifully laid out and feature plenty of opportunities to “grip-it-and-rip-it”! There are also plenty of challenges on each, which is so satisfying! keeps me coming back. I also appreciate how well tended the courses are. Makes you stop – look around – and take in all the beauty!

My favorite course is River Valley Golf & Country Club, in St. Mary’s. It is beautifully landscaped with some holes high above a hill shooting down to a tough par 3, or from down below shooting up to a blind par4. Every hole is a challenge when it comes to putting because what you think you see is an illusion. At the end of a tough round the friendly staff at the club house are always welcoming and ready with a cool drink and great food at a good price. A course everyone shoud try a least once.

I would say St. Thomas Golf and Country Club. The Thompson design makes you work for everything, with the greeens making you double check your read each and every put. With the swirling wind coming into play on a few holes you never know what will happen, there is a reason it is one of the top 100 in Canada.

I’d have to say Humber Valley Resort. It is in Pasedena, Newfoundland. The holes are breathtaking in the valley, the nature, foxes, moose, birds…are amazing, and the course lends itself to a huge golf challenge with tough and long par 4’s, enough fairway, but OB to left and right, and at the end, the clubhouse is beautiful.
