Note:

• All entries include 18-hole green fee, full-course dinner and prize table
• Add 1/2 Cart for $15.00 per participant (note: carts are mandatory for Ladies' Spring Scramble and Senior Men's Invitational)
• If you are registering for 2, 3, or 4 participants, after adding this registration to your shopping cart, change the quantity and list the other participant's names in the Note to St. Marys Golf & Country Club section
• FREE 18-Hole Practice Round w/ Men's Coca-Cola Classic Invitational Entry and Senior Men's Invitational entry
• SMGCC Members entering tournaments must pay in the Pro Shop to receive special pricing (prior to tournament day)
