Beginning his culinary craft at age 15, Jason has worked at a number of area restaurants, including three years at the Westover Inn, before graduating from Fanshawe’s Chef’s Apprentice program.
Employed as Head Chef & Kitchen Manager at the St. Marys Golf & Country Club since 2006, he continues to delight the palates of both golfers banqueting after a golf tournament and guests attending wedding receptions at the clubhouse. Let Jason and his team prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner.
