Kid's Club Child Care Service

New for 2016, we are offering a child care service during our Wednesday Men's Night Golf League. The goal of Kid's Club is to offer St. Marys and area golfers the opportunity to get out on the golf course after work, without the hassle of having to find a babysitter. We are all about growing the game of golf in our community and want to offer every possible way of doing this. The Kid's Club will be a place where Dad, Grandpa or a guardian can drop off their child (or children) while they hit the course for our Wednesday Men's Night.

We'll engage your children in activities, all while allowing you to enjoy your golf round. We'll keep your kids having fun while you're having fun!

Our Kid's Club programming provides a safe, clean and fun environment to keep your children active while you golf at the club.

Frequently Asked Questions

What hours does the program run?

Every Wednesday starting May 11th, 2016 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm.

Who can participate?

Children from ages of 3 to 11 may enjoy our Kid's Club.

How much does it cost?

The goal of Kid's Club is to grow the game of golf in our community and not profit from this service. Therefore, we are offering the service at the lowest price possible:

  1. First Hour = $5 + HST for first child, $3 + HST for each additional child
  2. Each Additional Hour = $3 + HST per hour per child
  3. Kid's Club Membership (unlimited # of hours for full season: approx. 19 men's nights) = $150 + HST for first child, $75 + HST for each additional child

Why isn't Kid's Club offered on Ladies' Night?

We are testing out this new program for Men's Night first. If all goes well, we plan on expanding the program: potentially to include Ladies' Night, Mixed Nights and/or weekends in future golf seasons.

What to expect?

  • Peanut-awareness zone
  • Parent must remain at the Club, golfing and/or dining, while child is under our care
  • Parent must fill out a waiver during their first visit
  • Photo is taken of parent and/or guardian for the file [note: any parent that will be dropping off or picking up child(ren) will require a photo on file]
  • Each child has their own file

How is that different from day care?

Since we are not a day care it is very important that the parent/legal guardian remains at the Club at all times. In addition, we do not have a set ratio of children that we accept at one time. We want to provide a positive experience for our Members and never want to turn anyone away. This being said we have managers available to help our babysitters out when needed.
