St. Marys Minor Hockey Wing Night hosted in the new Wedding & Event Centre at the St. Marys Golf & Country Club was a huge success. On the Thursday night before Easter, things got shaking around 6:30pm and went all the way until 2am! After only selling 75 tickets the morning of, over 250 people showed up for this great event in support of the St. Marys Minor Hockey Association. Over 400 pounds of chicken wings were served and we won't tell how many drinks went through the bar...LOL
WEDDING & EVENT CENTRE FEEDBACK
Feedback on the new Wedding and Event Centre was very good. Though the facility is still only about 70-80% finished, people couldn't believe the new windows and ceiling centrepiece with hanging lights. Dave C. from the course also set up the new projector and new video television featuring the St. Marys Rock logo. Thank you to the everyone for the great support and feedback. There will be many more events to come!
